Privacy Policy

The privacy policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies.

General Information
This policy applies to the website functioning at the following URL: damrota.pl
The service is operated and the personal data is administered by: Millenium Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., ul. Hierowskiego 2, 40-750 Katowice
The operator’s email contact: biuro@damrota.pl
The operator is the administrator of your personal data provided voluntarily on the website.
The service uses personal data for the following purposes:
Handling inquiries through forms
Presenting offers or information
The service collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
By voluntarily entering data in the forms that are entered into the Operator’s systems.
By storing cookie files (“cookies”) on end devices.
Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
The login and data entry areas are protected by a secure transmission layer (SSL certificate). This encrypts the personal data and login information entered on the website on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This ensures data protection in the event of a database breach.
User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way, meaning it cannot be reversed. This is currently the standard method for storing user passwords.
The Operator regularly changes its administrative passwords.
The Operator regularly creates backup copies to protect data.
Regular software updates are an essential part of data protection, including updates to software components used by the Operator to process personal data.
Hosting
The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of another company.

Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage
In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for fulfilling the Administrator’s obligations. This applies to the following recipient groups:
Hosting company on the basis of entrustment
Authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
Companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be retained for longer than necessary to perform activities related to them, as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
Access to your personal data
Rectification of your personal data
Erasure of your personal data
Restriction of processing
Data portability
You have the right to object to processing under point 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the actions of the Administrator.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for using the service.
Actions may be taken with respect to you involving automated decision-making, including profiling, for providing services under the concluded agreement and for conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that they are not transmitted outside the European Union.

Information in Forms
The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
In some cases, the service may store information that facilitates the connection of form data with the user’s email address. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific function of the form, e.g., to process a service request or contact information, registration of services, etc. Each form context and description clearly inform about its purpose.

Administrator’s Logs
Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used to administer the service.

Significant Marketing Techniques
The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit the information derived from cookies using this tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator uses remarketing techniques, which allow for adjusting advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the website. This may create an impression that the user’s personal data is used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for these actions is the use of cookie files.
The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology informs Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) that a registered user is using the service. In this case, the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
The Operator uses solutions to analyze user behavior, such as heat maps and recording user actions on the website. This information is anonymized before being transmitted to the service operator, so they do not know which specific individual the information relates to. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
The Operator uses an automated solution for the functioning of the service in relation to users, e.g., sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has given consent to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

Cookie Information
The service uses cookies.
Cookies are computer data, especially text files, that are stored on the user’s end device and are intended for use with the service’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the operator of the service.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
Maintaining a user session on the service (after logging in) so that the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage.
Achieving the goals specified above in the “Significant Marketing Techniques” section.
Two basic types of cookies are used within the service: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.
Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. Service users can change these settings. The web browser allows you to delete cookies or automatically block them. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help or documentation of the web browser.
Limiting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the service’s web pages.
Cookies placed on the user’s end device by the service may also be used by cooperating entities, in particular: Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook

(Facebook Inc., USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).
